When you register at winpkr19, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and a working email address. winpkr19 does not accept registrations using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your winpkr19 account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of shared devices after each session. winpkr19 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• You may only hold one account on winpkr19. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the oldest verified one may be closed and any bonus funds forfeited.
• Account information can be updated by contacting support at support@winpkr19.ws. Certain changes (such as name corrections) may require documentary proof.
• You must notify winpkr19 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• winpkr19 reserves the right to close any account that provides false information, remains inactive for an extended period, or is found to be in breach of these Terms.

Account closure requested by the player will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to the last verified payment method on record.

All deposits and withdrawals at winpkr19 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.

• Deposits are credited to your winpkr19 balance instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Card and IBFT deposits may take up to 1 business hour to appear.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within a few minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• winpkr19 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Your payment provider may charge their own fees — this is outside our control.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• winpkr19 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where a clear pricing error has occurred — for example, odds significantly out of line with fair market value. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended or removed during periods of match delay, unclear match status, or system interruption. Bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is abandoned.
• In the event a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time for a result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific abandonment rules are published within each sport's betting section.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are binding on all confirmed bets.

winpkr19 offers a range of casino games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Aviator, and slots. All casino games on winpkr19 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These Terms apply in addition to individual game rules.

• Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment operated by a real dealer. The outcome is determined by the physical dealing process visible on the live video stream. Technical interruptions during a live game hand will result in that hand being voided, with stakes returned.
• Automated games (RNG slots, virtual games) use certified random number generation. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each automated game is published within the game information panel.
• Aviator is a crash-style game where each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which the game ends cannot be manipulated by winpkr19 or by any player.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Money laundering: Using winpkr19 to process, transfer, or obscure funds obtained through illegal activity. winpkr19 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• False identity: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, or providing forged documents during verification.
• Chargebacks: Filing unauthorised payment disputes after depositing and playing. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and winpkr19 will pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available means.

winpkr19 monitors betting patterns, account activity, and financial transactions on an ongoing basis using automated and manual review processes. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified of the account action taken. In all cases, winpkr19's decision regarding prohibited conduct is final.
